Starting with the purchase of one of our properties in 1990, dcfurnishedrental has offered fully furnished and unfurnished shorterm/longterm affordable accommodations in the Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia for over 20 years. The Owner Rocky Batheja is a graduate from Cornell University in Hotel Administration and the Brother Yogi Batheja is Graduate from University of Maryland in Business Administration.
We take great pride in providing accommodations that are well suited for your stay in D.C. In 2003, the portfolio increased to include over 40 fully furnished corporate rentals, Commercial Centers and including a few units in Maryland and Virginia.
