I see a property I want to rent. What's the next step?
If it's available near the time you are coming to town, the next step is to fill out a Rental application. There is a $35 processing fee to run this application. Once the application has been processed and approved, We will send you the lease for your review and signature. It's a quick and simple process. The application can be emailed or faxed to you and we should have the results within 24 hours after receiving it. Also, you can complete the lease at the time of arrival.
Are there any additional fees aside from the rent?
For 1107, Massachusetts Ave.NW Washington DC ..Plus $500 Security Deposit.
At other properties..
For 1117,10TH Street NW ..Additional fee is charged with all rentals.. and at beginning ..move in-out fee to condo association is $500, which is non refundable. It varies by size of the property and is quoted prior to starting the lease process.
Do you accept pets?
NO PETS ALLOWED.
What is the minimum length of stay?
1107 ..Property have a 30-days minimum. All others must have a 12-month´s minimum.
What does "Availability Undetermined - Month to Month" next to it
Sometimes tenants wish to extend their stay beyond their initial lease term. When this happens, the date of availability is undetermined because they are not certain when their last day at the property will be.
I want to rent a property later in the year that is available now
Unfortunately, since we rent our properties in chronological order, we can not reserve it for you. We encourage you to email us, or fill out the 'Submit request' form so we can contact you if a property becomes available that fits your size, location, price and timeframe needs.
Do you allow Alcoholic Beverages or Smoking in the Premises?
At 1107 property..we donot allow but the rest is ok.
